Billing

we are changing the way we charge our invoces. from now on every month always begins on the 1st of the month, ending on the last day of the month. At the end of each month serveion LLC. will calculate your bandwidth and disk space usage and generate an invoice. For Monthly Billing: You will receive an invoice no later than 7 days after the end of the month. If you have experienced "overages" during the month, you will be given the option to retroactively enroll in a next level service package. If your account status becomes 5 delinquent there will be a $5 or 15% late fee. If your account status becomes 1 months delinquent, you will have 7 days to pay you're your balance or you site will be shut down and delete it. If you account balance becomes $50 or more, you will have 7 days to pay off your balance, or you site will be shut down. There will be a one-time $10 re-activation fee assessed to your balance if you would like your site restored.
